La Chasse Aux Légendes app for iPhone and iPad

Presentation

Go on an adventure in the heart of the Pays Basque (southern France) by downloading the “Laminapp”, the chasse aux Légendes application, which allows you to take part in four touristic visits to discover or rediscover this region by following the Basque legends trail!
Your goal is to help Gillen, a clumsy little Lamina, recover the legends that have escaped from the Moonstone, the Laminak’s cornerstone that he has broken by wanting to clean.
Throughouht the adventure, Gillen will be your guide. Thanks to GPS services, he will lead you to marvelous places through the local mythology prism! The perfect opportunity to combine adventure and cultural outgoings!

After downloading the Laminapp on your phone or tablet, a short animated film will present Gillen and his mistake with the Moonstone. Then the little Lamina will invite you to help him recover the legends by selecting one of them through the Laminapp. For each adventure, Gillen will present the mission to help you solve the puzzles leading directly to the legends. Then you will just have to go on the lead of the Pays Basque legends!
Thanks to the GPS interface included in the Laminapp, the application will calculate the route between the starting point and the final point to guide you to the place where the selected legend is taking place. And once there, the augmented reality integrated into the Laminapp will offer you a surprising reward! Once the adventure is complete, Gillen will congratulate legends seekers and offer them to throw yourself into a new adventure!


Characteristics

When downloading the application, the available modules are:
- A Turbomédia (digital comic) that tells the story of the legend. The Turbomedia will be stored in the phone and will be viewable at will
- Touristic information about what to see.
Once the Legend is recovered, in other words once the place is visited, the following modules will be available:
- A coupon to download a collector card of the Legend to see it at home thanks to the augmented reality (you will first need to register online : www.lachasseauxlegendes.com
- An audio tale telling the Legend (in French and Basque)
- A “social network” module to post pictures and tell all you friends that you really met the Legends!
- A quiz to test the Legends seekers on their knowledge about the Legends.
- An online shop will allow you to buy 3D printed models of your favourite legend
